What makes a thermal imaging device feel like a long-term investment?
I would look for dependable construction, consistent image quality, useful battery performance, and features that won't become irrelevant quickly. I wouldn't necessarily need the most advanced model available. A reliable device that continues to meet my needs for years would be a much better investment for me.
