About Us
Dealing with the challenges faced by persons with sickle cell disease requires problem-solvers from various perspectives who are willing to take risks. Pennsylvania Sickle Cell Providers Network emerged out of a pursuit to create a space for hospitals and community-based organizations to work collaboratively, and the desire for actions to speak louder than words. Established in 2009, this network is driven by progressive ideas, bold actions, and a strong commitment to engaging persons with sickle cell disease in every aspect of the work. Â
