PASCPN strives to make a difference so that every person living in Pennsylvania has access to quality care and community based services every time they need it.
Many years ago, there was an idea for the medical care and community-based service providers to connect and work collaboratively to find impactful and long-lasting solutions to the issues facing persons with sickle cell disease across Pennsylvania.
